Times Ten Cellars

Dallas is one of the major commercial hubs of the United States. Housing many historical cotton and oil mills, Dallas has progressed a lot to become one of the major centers of Petroleum technology, telecommunications, banking, computer technology and transportations. The fact of being a landlocked metropolitan area has not hindered its growth. The well connected network of road and railways has helped Dallas become one of the prominent cities of the USA. Dallas has many natural and artificial venues which has made it a hot favorite among the domestic as well as international tourists. The wonders of Dallas include tourist spots like the Dallas Arboretum and the famous aquarium and zoological park. Among man made structures the Victorian WestEnd Marketplace, is a major attraction.

Dallas is famous for its skyscrapers and has been ranked as the 15th tallest city of the world. The Gem of the Dallas skyline though, is the Reunion Tower, situated in the Reunion Park. The Reunion Tower is often called the “Sparkling Jewel of the Dallas Skyline” The structure was constructed in 1978 and has been gracing the Dallas skyline for the past 29 years. The Reunion Towers is a 50 storied structure which has about a 837 steps staircase situated at the center of the Reunion Tower. The triangular formation of the walls of the tower encase the glass elevators that take visitors to the top within a meager 68 seconds. The top of the tower is encircled in a dome of light. More than 200 lights provide shimmer to the dome. These lights can be programmed to form various patterns. The most popular among these patterns are the “ Electric Moon”, “Dallas Disco Fever” and the “Texas Raindrop”. At the top of the tower is situated a revolving restaurant and bar. There is also an observation floor named the “Lookout”. The Lookout provides an indoor as well as outdoor observation area which provides a view of Dallas from a 360 degree angle.

Visiting Hours at Reunion Tower:
  • Sunday to Thursdays – 10 am to 10 pm.
  • Fridays & Saturdays – 9 am to Midnight.

Entry Fees at Reunion Tower:
